1. Introduction
Welcome to TripMall. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and use of our tour services. By making a booking with TripMall, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking Confirmation
2.1 Booking Process: To book a tour with TripMall, you must complete the booking form and provide the necessary information, including personal details and travel preferences.
2.2 Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from TripMall. This email will include details of your tour, including dates, itinerary, and payment information.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount and terms of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
3.2 Full Payment: Full payment must be made by the due date specified in your confirmation email. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify TripMall in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

4.2 Cancellation by Us: TripMall reserves the right to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or we may offer an alternative tour or date. No refund or compensation would be applicable for missed attractions due to delays or force majeure events.
4.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of cancellation. The mode of refund will be the same as the original payment method.
5. Accommodation & Meals
5.1 Accommodation is provided on a twin or triple sharing basis, unless specified otherwise.
5.2 The company reserves the right to offer similar standard hotels in case the listed options are unavailable.
5.3 Meals are arranged as per the selected plan (e.g., breakfast only, half board, full board). No refunds will be applicable for missed or skipped meals.
6. Changes to Your Booking
6.1 Change Requests: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as altering dates or itinerary, you must notify us in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
6.2 Change Fees: Changes requested less than 15 days before departure may incur additional fees. We will inform you of any applicable charges at the time of the request.
7. Travel Documents and Insurance
7.1 Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documents. TripMall is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete documentation.
7.2 Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events during your trip. TripMall is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to lack of insurance.
7.3 Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Some packages may include basic insurance; please verify this at the time of booking
7.4 Claims if any must be directly raised with the insurance provider; TripMall assists but is not liable for claim decisions or rejections.
8 Pricing & Inclusions
8.1 All prices are based on the prevailing rates of exchange, fuel surcharges, airline fares, taxes, and fees at the time of booking.
8.2 In the event of changes in government taxes, fuel rates, or service charges, additional costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Responsibilities and Liability
7.1 Tour Itinerary: TripMall makes every effort to ensure that the itinerary is as described. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
7.2 Liability: TripMall is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel delays, or changes in local regulations.
7.3 TripMall acts only as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party vendors.
7.4 No claims or compensation will be entertained for flight delays, baggage losses, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances during travel.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Behavior: You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of your tour without refund.
8.2 Compliance: You must comply with all local laws and regulations during your tour. TripMall is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your actions.
9. Passport, Visa & Documentation
9.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to carry a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel
9.2 Unless explicitly mentioned in the tour package, visa procurement is solely the traveller’s responsibility
9.3 TripMall shall not be held responsible for any visa rejections, delays, or travel restrictions imposed by authorities
10. Force Majeure
10.1 In the event of natural calamities, pandemics, political unrest, wars, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable situations, TripMall reserves the right to reschedule, offer credit vouchers, or cancel bookings without refund
10.2 Customers agree that force majeure events are beyond the control of the company, and no compensation shall be claimed
11 Delivery of Travel Packages
11.1 Booking Confirmations
Upon successful booking, you will receive an email / WhatsApp confirmation with your itinerary, payment details, and booking reference within 24 hours. All confirmation vouchers would be shared as per travel dates
11.2 Travel Documents
All necessary travel documents (e.g., vouchers, visa, permits, travel insurance, or welcome kits) will be sent digitally to your registered email address. Physical dispatch (if applicable) will be processed within 2–5 working days of booking confirmation. Visa would be dispatched after appropriate processing from authorities.
11.3 Dispatch Channels
Documents are delivered via Email / WhatsApp (default option)
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India
