Day 1: Arrival Gwalior

Upon arrival at Gwalior airport/railway station, you will be received by our representative who will be there for your welcome.
After a warm welcome, transfer to your already booked hotel in Gwalior.

Arrive at the hotel and check in & rest at the hotel. 

Gwalior Fort is one of India’s most magnificent hill forts, situated on a sandstone hill in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.It boasts a rich history, dating back to the 8th century, and has been a significant stronghold for various dynasties, including the Tomar and the Mughals.

1. Teli Ka Mandir: This ancient temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is known for its unique architecture and towering height, blending elements of both Hindu and Buddhist design.

2. Saas Bahu Ka Mandir: A pair of temples dedicated to Vasanta and Vishnu, celebrated for their detailed sculptures and artistic beauty.

3. Jai Vilas: The Jai Vilas Temple is a beautiful and historically significant temple located within the Jai Vilas Palace complex in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Built in the 19th century by the Tomar dynasty, the temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna.

Day 2: Gwalior – Orchha – Khajuraho

Morning breakfast, check out from hotel & drive to drive to Khajuraho en-route visiting Orchha.

Orchha is a town, near the city of Niwari in the Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh state, India. The town was established by a Bundela rajput ruler
Rudra Pratap Singh sometime after 1501, as the seat of an eponymous former princely state covering parts of central & north India, in the Bundelkhand region.

Arrive Orchha and proceed for a city tour.

1. Orchha Fort Complex: This impressive fort complex includes several beautiful palaces and temples, such as:
          Raj Mahal: Known for its intricate frescoes and stunning views of the Betwa River.
          Jahangir Mahal: A palace built for the Mughal emperor Jahangir, featuring beautiful architecture and a lovely courtyard.

2. Chaturbhuj Temple: This temple is dedicated to Lord Rama and is famous for its unique architecture and intricate carvings.

3. Laxminarayan Temple: An important temple known for its exquisite murals and architectural beauty, dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi.

4. Betwa River: The River adds to the town's charm, offering opportunities for boating and enjoying serene views.

5. Cenotaphs (Chhatris): The stunning chhatris (cenotaphs) of the Bundela kings, located near the river, are architectural marvels worth visiting, especially at sunset.
Later, drive to Khajuraho, check in at the hotel.

Day 3: Khajuraho

Morning after having breakfast, proceed to visit Khajuraho local city tour and visit the following monuments. 

Western Group: The most famous temples, including the Kandariya Mahadev Temple, which is dedicated to
Lord Shiva and is celebrated for its elaborate sculptures and intricate details.

Eastern Group: Features temples like the Jain Temple of Adinatha and the Parshvanatha Temple, showcasing beautiful craftsmanship.

Day 4: Khajuraho Departure

Morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & drop at Khajuraho airport or railway station for your further journey.
